Adolescent/Teen TherapyIt can be helpful to have someone to help navigate the difficult storms of the teen years. I offer a safe place and opportunity for you to explore your concerns while learning healthy and effective ways to manage intense feelings and resolve problems. Our work together can help you uncover issues that are impacting your present life. You’ll learn different ways of looking at things and grow confidence in your ability to live well.

We engage older children into conversation and activities chosen for the purpose of providing a safe and developmentally appropriate context for working through their life’s tough issues
